We sourced from the dense, untouched forests of Maikal Range in Madhya Pradesh, this honey represents nature in its purest form. It is carefully collected using hygienic practices by skilled and trained collectors. We follow a responsible extraction process where the honeycomb is not crushed. Instead, it is gently cut to extract honey, ensuring that the natural structure remains intact and the bees are not harmed. This helps preserve both the ecosystem and the purity of the honey. After extraction, the honey is mildly processed at around 20C temperature to retain its natural enzymes, nutrients, and rich flavor. It is then filtered through a clean cotton cloth, ensuring clarity while maintaining its natural goodness. Finally, this premium-quality honey is hygienically packed in glass jars to preserve its purity, aroma, and nutritional value.
